At Formosa Covers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn items with original tags attached into the original packaging or a secure shipping box.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
